Robert Jolley published a series of cards for each state in 1902, called "Souvenir from ...".  They each showed two images, which made them fairly small and indistinct. They layout is a bit different for each card, apparently having been set up to suit the images available.

Riding to hounds was an activity of the landed gentry, but it must have been an event to dress up in top hat and follow a pack of baying hounds across the paddocks on a frosty winter morning.  Unfortunately, there seems to have been no genuine foxes to chase, but there was plenty of other wildlife and imported deer as a substitute. The Northen Hunt Club still exists today to carry on the tradition.

The history of hunting in Tasmania is well described by David Obendorf in an Article called "Hunting Foxes" in the Tasmanian Times.
